AMOUR ET MARIAGE
En el pasado era costumbre dar un treizain durante la misa nupcial. Este treizain fue bendecido y significó la entrada en una comunidad de bienes para la pareja casada. El treizain, que más tarde se convirtió en medalla o símbolo de boda, se llamó así en honor a Jesucristo y los doce apóstoles. Esta práctica continuó hasta la primera mitad del siglo XX. La obra de referencia sobre el tema es la obra de Jules Florange, Amor y matrimonio en la numismática, Moulins, 1936 ahora sustituida por la de Henri Térisse, La Numismatique du Mariage, Argenton-sur-Creuse 2008.
