Pièce Brillant Universel sous capsule, avec certificat. Pièce commémorant le centenaire de la réforme du parlement finlandais et l’établissement du suffrage universel et égalitaire en 1906.
On retrouve donc au revers de cette 10 Euro le même dessin que sur la 2 Euro commémorative “100 ans du suffrage universel et égalitaire”, deux têtes de femme inversées..

The reverse of this 10 Euro coin features the same design as the 2 Euro commemorative coin “100 years of universal and equal suffrage”, two inverted women's heads.
