Comentario
Le poids de notre exemplaire est particulièrement élevé. Le flan a une forme ovoïde et seule l’une des hémisphères est en relief. La croisette est mal venue et semble repartir à droite. L’appellation “globulaire” est impropre. Avons-nous affaire à un accident de fabrication ou à un nouveau type ?.

GALLIA - SENONES (Región de Sens)
(siglos II - I a. C.)
Los Sénons, cuyo nombre significa los sabios o los ancianos, controlaban un vasto territorio que se extendía entre el sur de la Champaña y el norte de la Borgoña. Su oppidum principal era Agedincum (Sens) que aún hoy conserva el nombre de la antigua civitas. Tenían varios otros oppida como Auxerre, Tonnerre o Avallon. Divona parece haber sido el santuario principal de los Senones. César había invernado a seis de sus legiones en el 53 a. C. en Agedincum. Labieno, lugarteniente y legado de César, vino a establecerse en la región de Sens entre Gergovie y Alesia para controlar los caminos y proteger a los ejércitos de César de un ataque de los belgas o los alemanes.
