Comentario
Completely missing from the KM which does not cite the title \\\"An Administrator\\\" / \\\"The Director\\\" of our note, while this is logical if we compare with the issues of other territories. This note is therefore unpublished and should be found before the KM. 507. Our example is a specimen on paper watermarked by horizontal perforation in the center, numbered in 0.0/000. It bears in pencil in the upper margin \\\"Letter from the BLCh May 8, 1905\\\". Of great rarity and importance. Studied by Dr. Kolsky in the Treasury of the Ministry of Colonies after the publication of the second edition of his work on the Bank of Indochina
