En bas, l'annotation : Lily Van Bylen - MARS 1938 confirme à la fois la date du projet mais aussi le nom du modèle Lily Van Bylen, dont aucune trace n'a subsisté, selon certains il est même possible que ce soit un nom inventé par Jonas..
