Spécimen par perforation oblique, inscription manuscrite au verso et petit numéro 8 manuscrit à l'encre noire en haut à droite du recto. La perforation a été surlignée à l'encre rouge, probablement par la même personne que celle qui a écrit "Fabrication américaine 1943" à l'encre rouge dans la marge haute de l'avers. Le spécimen étant fabriqué sur un billet numéroté, la perforation ne devait pas garantir suffisamment que ce billet ne se retrouverait pas dans le commerce.
Ces spécimens sont très très rares.
Specimen with oblique perforation, handwritten inscription on the reverse and small number 8 handwritten in black ink in the upper right corner of the front. The perforation was highlighted in red ink, probably by the same person who wrote \\\"American Made 1943\\\" in red ink in the upper margin of the obverse. Since the specimen was made on a numbered note, the perforation would not have been a sufficient guarantee that this note would not end up in commerce. These specimens are very, very rare
