Guillermo IV (21/07/1765-20/06/1837), segundo hijo de Jorge III y Carlota de Mecklemburgo, sucedió a su hermano en 1830. Se casó con Adelaida de Sajonia-Meiningen (1792-1849) pero no tuvieron ningún hijos y fue su sobrina Victoria I quien le sucedió en 1837.
