Fritz Ulysse Landry, né au Locle le 26 septembre 1842 et mort à Neuchâtel le 7 janvier 1927, est un artiste suisse surtout connu pour être l'auteur de la gravure qui orne la plus connue des pièces d'or émises en francs suisses, le Vreneli.

Daniel Jeanrichard, dit Bressel (La Sagne, 1665 - Le Locle, 20 avril 1741) est un horloger suisse considéré comme le fondateur de l'industrie horlogère dans le Jura. Si son existence historique est hors de doute, en revanche la question de son importance et de son rôle exact reste irrésolue. Figure tutélaire de l'industrie horlogère neuchâteloise, Daniel Jeanrichard est rapidement mythifié.
