Petit potin assez peu photogénique, sur un flan irrégulier et avec une patine vert foncé, légèrement poreuse. Droit complet et relativement net, mais revers un peu plus flou avec un coup de burin transversal

Descripción del anverso: Tête à gauche, la chevelure comparable à celle des deniers bituriges ; l'œil marqué par un globule et deux autres globules derrière la nuque.

Descripción del reverso: Cheval bondissant à gauche, un annelet entre les jambes et un V pointé au-dessus de la croupe.

Comentario

Ce potin inédit semble pouvoir être attribué aux Bituriges. Il manque à tous les musées et publication récente, dont le Nouvel Atlas tome III. Deux autres potins de ce type nous ont été signalés, dans le même genre d’état ; leur provenance confirmerait l’attribution aux Bituriges !.
This unpublished potin seems to be attributable to the Bituriges. It is missing from all museums and recent publications, including the New Atlas volume III. Two other potins of this type have been reported to us, in the same kind of condition; their provenance would confirm the attribution to the Bituriges!
