Descripción del reverso: En deux lignes dans le champ, au-dessus L’AN suivi d'un point et de la lettre d'atelier encadrés des différents, dans une couronne fermée composée de deux branches de chêne opposées nouées à leur base par un ruban.
Comentario
Exemplaires répertoriés n°2883, 5647, 2891 et 2894 illustrés sur le site internet Augustin Dupré des Amis du Franc. Concernant l’an 8BB, une étude très approfondie permettrait de lever le doute sur l’hypothèse suivante qui consisterait à penser que nous sommes en présence d’une monnaie inédite, et particulièrement d’un refrappage du décime, donc de type F.114.
Les éléments à approfondir seraient les suivants :
- la présence éventuelle du D de (DECIME) entre le Q de (CINQ) et le E final de (CENTIMES)
- la présence éventuelle du I de (DECIME) partiellement visible entre le T de (CENTIMES)
- la présence éventuelle du A de (L'AN) et du E final de (DECIME.) qui serait partiellement visible entre l'Artémis et la couronne
On pourrait aussi distinguer également le point après le millésime dans la base du C (CENTIMES) ; il s'agirait ainsi peut-être d'un DECIME An4A...

Cuando la Convención se separó el 25 de octubre de 1795, se estableció un nuevo poder ejecutivo previsto por la constitución termidoriana.. Esta constitución prevé encomendar el poder a una junta de cinco miembros, cada uno de los cuales preside por turno, con la sustitución de un miembro cada dos años.. Esta junta nombra ministros y funcionarios públicos, dirige la política exterior y hace cumplir las leyes, pero no las redacta y no tiene control sobre los fondos públicos.. El poder se comparte con dos cámaras: el Consejo de los Quinientos y el Consejo de Ancianos que forman el Cuerpo Legislativo.. Este poder está decidido a mantenerse ante el riesgo de una restauración monárquica o de una reacción jacobina, pero está sobre todo paralizado por la crisis financiera y debe abandonar la asignación en 1796.. La sustitución de las asignaciones por los mandatos territoriales no inspira más confianza y esta nueva moneda fiduciaria queda abolida en 1797. Ante la miseria y los intentos de desestabilización, el Directorio, acusado de ser una "república burguesa", volvió a las medidas revolucionarias y policiales. Además, desde 1792, la guerra ha sido ininterrumpida y la influencia de los líderes militares va en aumento.. En 1799, los partidarios de un poder fuerte, incluido Sieyès, se encontraron en el Directorio y abrieron el camino al poder a Bonaparte, de regreso de Egipto.. El golpe de estado del 18 y 19 brumario año VIII permite instaurar una dictadura militar bajo el nombre de Consulado.
