PORTUGAL - ROYAUME DU PORTUGAL - JEAN VI LE CLÉMENT

(1792-1816-1826)

Jean VI (13/05/1767-10/03/1826) es hijo de Pierre III (1717-1786) y Marie I (1734-1816). Regente cuando su madre enloqueció en 1792, Juan VI tuvo que huir en 1807 cuando las tropas de Junot invadieron Portugal y ocuparon Lisboa. El príncipe encuentra refugio en Brasil con toda la familia real. Juan VI no regresa a Portugal hasta 1821. Brasil obtiene la independencia en 1822. Juan muere en 1826.
