Albert Szent-Györgyi (1893-1986) est un scientifique hongrois. Il a reçu en 1937 le prix Nobel de physiologie ou médecine pour avoir, entre autres, découvert la vitamine C et les flavonoïdes et pour avoir exploré leurs propriétés biochimiques.
