Nous n’avons relevé aucune identité de coin pertinente aussi bien pour le droit avec le buste H6 que pour le revers avec PAX AVG. Les aureliani à bustes exceptionnels sont excessivement rares pour la huitième émission. Pour le buste radié consulaire à gauche avec la trabea, tenant un globe nicéphore de la main droite et la mappa de la main gauche (H6), c’est le quatrième exemplaire publié. Prendra le numéro 341d dans le Supplément III du Bastien.
With its superficial silver plating. Light weight. Pierre Bastien had only noted three examples in 1976. Die break noticeable on the reverse in the right field above the G of AVG. We have not noted any relevant die identity for either the obverse with the bust H6 or the reverse with PAX AVG. Aureliani with exceptional busts are excessively rare for the eighth issue. For the consular radiate bust to the left with the trabea, holding a Nicephorus globe in the right hand and the mappa in the left hand (H6), this is the fourth example published.
